I enjoyed my room - brand-new and beautifully decorated with mountain view which the bathroom was recently renovated. The extremely friendly stuff helps you in any way. The breakfast is rich, includes toast, cereals, eggs and hot waffles.

The location was brilliant, right by the train station and very close to Interlaken Ost, while still being in a quiet area. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, with a nice room and a big balcony. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel like I was at home. The breakfast offered a good range of food, and I even received a wonderful birthday surprise during my stay.
